HYBRID Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Clinical Social Worker

Job Description Salary Range: $75k-100k Job Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Licensing: Active license in good standing required (LMHC or LCSW). Licensed associates (LMHCA or LSWAIC) will also be considered depending on experience. Experience: Prior experience in residential settings and addiction recovery models, with a focus on co-occurring disorders, is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Position Overview As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will play a key role in guiding individuals through their mental health and recovery journeys. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to provide comprehensive assessments, individual and group therapy, and develop personalized treatment plans for residents experiencing mental health challenges and co-occurring behavioral addictions. We also welcome licensed associate counselors depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for 6-8 residents. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage discharge documentation. Facilitate individual therapy and group sessions weekly. Collaborate with families and other treatment team members. Lead psychoeducational and process groups. Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards. Participate in occasional on-call rotation for urgent client needs. Additional Requirements Valid WA State driver’s license. CPR, First Aid certification, food handler’s permit (post-hire). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Proof of negative TB test. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $75,000-$100,000 annually DOE. This expansion will enable us to provide more comprehensive, immersive care to individuals facing mental health challenges and co-occurring behavioral addictions, ensuring a seamless continuum of support from outpatient to residential services.
