Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon seller partners, providing timely and accurate support via email, chat, and phone. Resolve inquiries related to seller accounts, product listings, orders, payments, and policy compliance. Identify trends and recurring issues to provide feedback to management and improve processes. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to higher-level teams while maintaining accountability for case ownership. Maintain comprehensive documentation of seller interactions and case resolutions in internal systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that enhance the seller experience. Uphold Amazons quality and productivity standards while ensuring a professional and positive seller experience. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Proficient in using computers, web applications, and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in processes, policies, and technology. Experience Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is a plus.
