Territory Retail Lead - San Mateo, CA

Role Overview The Territory Sales Lead is responsible for supervising and developing assigned associates to drive sales, meet retailer and client expectations, complete projects, and maintain store areas and communication. The role reports directly to the Market Sales Manager. Responsibilities Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brand product lines Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations Have detailed knowledge of all company policies Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager Use all available functions of the handheld device consistently and accurately Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality Requirements & Qualifications Lifting objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of up to 35 lbs, and ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance of another associate Work may be performed while sitting, standing, or walking Work involves fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility Experience or comfort level with electronics/technical products Independent and self‑motivated Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends High School diploma or equivalent certification required A valid driver’s license is required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary Automobile liability insurance must be maintained Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required Customer service or sales experience required Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Minimum conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written) Other Duties Job description is not comprehensive; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
