Job Description Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We are seeking Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in Washington, licensed, and experienced in medication management and therapy. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential, compensation range $363,000–$467,000 based on productivity. W2 employed position with sign‑on bonus and cash‑based incentive program. Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with 4% match, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, CEUs. Part‑time and full‑time options available. Qualifications Fully licensed in Washington. Board certified (BC) with an unencumbered DEA. Board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Experience in both medication management and therapy. Must reside in Washington. Location & Schedule New office recently opened in Federal Way; additional locations throughout the area.
