The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple priorities, working with CRM systems, managing customer communications, creating proposals, tracking renewals, and maintaining accurate records. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support revenue-generating activities through order processing, account documentation, customer communication, reporting, and administrative support throughout the sales cycle. This role partners closely with Inside Sales and Renewal Sales teams, assisting with renewals, customer account management, proposal generation, and CRM documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates interested in building experience in sales, account management, customer success, or marketing support. Key Responsibilities Support Inside Sales and Renewal Sales teams by completing product and service-related tasks accurately and efficiently. Assist in managing renewal activities to help maximize revenue and customer retention. Respond to customer inquiries and renewal-related requests in a timely manner. Prepare customer proposals, quotations, renewal documentation, and supporting materials. Maintain and update customer equipment and contract records. Coordinate customer changes and renewal requests with internal support teams and ensure timely completion. Document, track, forecast, and manage opportunities within Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with sales representatives and leadership to provide reporting and account support. Develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers. Support customer retention and marketing campaigns. Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding renewals, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives. Assist with additional sales, customer service, and marketing activities as assigned. Must-Have Requirements 2+ years of Sales Support, Customer Service, Administrative Support, or Data Entry experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-facing experience with professional phone and email communication Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel and Outlook) Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort working with numbers Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability Positive, customer-focused attitude Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree CRM system exposure Renewal or contract management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr AllSTEM Connections
