What You'll Do

• Safely deliver, set up, and retrieve home medical equipment, oxygen supplies, and accessories
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and safety procedures
• Complete accurate delivery paperwork, work orders, and documentation
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure timely service delivery
• Assist with patient intake including answering phones, verifying insurance, and updating patient records
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in excellent condition
• Respond to after-hours patient needs during on-call rotations
• Report equipment hazards and assist with daily branch operations

What You Need

Required:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and carry at least 65 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must reside within 30 miles of Cheyenne

Preferred:

• Healthcare experience or medical equipment background
• Delivery, route driving, or logistics experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic troubleshooting skills
