We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who is professional, organized, and passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, solving problems, and building long-term relationships. As a key member of our agency, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients while supporting agency growth through exceptional service and proactive account management.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, claims support, and general insurance inquiries
• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and account updates accurately and efficiently
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection options
• Research and resolve billing concerns, payment issues, and policy discrepancies
• Assist customers with claims reporting and provide guidance throughout the claims process
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within agency management systems
• Collaborate with team members and carrier partners to resolve customer concerns
• Support customer retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship-building
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and connect customers with the appropriate sales team member when additional coverage needs are identified

Qualifications

• Active Washington Property & Casualty License preferred (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe)
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
• Insurance industry experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
