Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Position: Customer Service Specialist (part‑time, $24.00 hourly). Working within a 15‑mile radius of Store #703563 at 602 2nd Street, Snohomish, WA. Required to work at multiple store locations and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Customer Service Specialists assist wholesale and retail customers, provide product information, resolve concerns, maintain visual standards, and consistently meet sales goals. Job duties include handling customer contacts, including minors, accessing cash and store merchandise, and may require a criminal history review for safety. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work order files and formulas Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks Assist in making deliveries, as needed Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation If internal to Sherwin‑Williams, must have received at least a “meets expectations” rating on the most recent performance appraisal If internal to Sherwin‑Williams, must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position Experience selling paint and paint‑related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Benefits Health benefits such as prescription savings and virtual physician visits Retirement and savings benefits Paid holidays (0‑9 per year) Paid sick leave (Washington state, 1 hour per 40 hours worked; Seattle, 1 hour per 30 hours worked) Paid military leave (4 workweeks on a 12‑month rolling period) Paid bereavement leave (5 days for immediate family, 3 days for other family) Paid vacation after first year of hire (per company policy) Equal Employment Opportunity Sherwin‑Williams is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
