This position will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Civil Science, producing creative assets for internal and external audiences.

• Lead visual branding across the company, including proposals, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and conference collateral
• Translate complex engineering content into clear, engaging visuals
• Design polished layouts and graphics for both print and digital platforms (infographics, presentations, flyers, banners, slide decks, etc.)
• Develop consistent marketing materials tailored to different teams and project types
• Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align visual content with company goals
• Support digital initiatives such as web graphics, social media assets, and animations/GIFs
• Partner with marketing to shape strategic visual communication

These responsibilities require both creative excellence and a deep understanding of how design supports business communication.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience , ideally within the A/E/C industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and foundational design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with multiple teams
• Ability to translate technical ideas into clear, visual storytelling
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience is preferred
