You will identify process breakdowns, control gaps, handoff issues, and opportunities for improvement while translating cross-functional challenges into business impacts, implementation plans, and sustainable solutions. The role involves leading change-management efforts, facilitating process reviews and workshops, supporting system enhancements and implementations, managing cross-functional projects, and maintaining process governance, documentation, KPIs, and reporting. You will work across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Tax, Operations, Master Data, and technology teams to improve process performance, financial data quality, order-entry accuracy, and customer master data governance.
