Your Impact: Specialty Pharmacy Liaison Role
As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their therapy journey and ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills
- Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
- Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
- Monitor and promote medication adherence
- Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly
- Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment
- 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- CPhT certification (highly valued)
- 5–8 years of pharmacy technician experience
Core Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and extract key information efficiently

This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Shields Health Solutions. An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $50,000 and $65,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
