Step into a rewarding role supporting students from prekindergarten through 8th grade as a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a school-year contract. Based onsite, you’ll be an essential resource for students and staff, providing expert behavioral services across multiple campus locations in the Lawrence, MA area.

Your schedule will be tailored through collaboration with your supervisor, offering 10–15 hours a week, providing the flexibility needed for work-life balance. This contract runs from August 17, 2026, to June 16, 2027, spanning the entire school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license issued in Massachusetts
• Experience or interest in working with preK–8th grade students
• Willingness to travel onsite to various campuses
• Ability to complete required background checks, including CORI and fingerprinting
• Comfortable working with varied student diagnoses and caseloads
• Eager to learn new technology platforms; ESped training/support provided

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct BCBA services to a caseload of students as assigned by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, IEP teams, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, accommodating a flexible and varying schedule
• Maintain clear and thorough student documentation utilizing the ESped platform
• Adapt to changes in student needs and caseload dynamics
