Make a real difference supporting students with behavioral needs by providing expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a vibrant school setting. This part-time contract role spans the 2026–27 academic year, with a flexible schedule of 10–15 hours weekly. You’ll travel onsite to local campuses, partnering with students from prekindergarten through 8th grade to promote positive outcomes.

As a BCBA in this dynamic environment, you’ll join a collaborative team focused on student growth and success. You’ll have access to leadership support and training on the ESped IEP platform to ensure you’re set up for success.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA license in Massachusetts (required)
• Previous experience working with students in school settings is a plus
• Familiarity with behavior intervention plans and IEP processes
• Ability to complete CORI and fingerprint background checks
• Adaptable and committed to individualized support for diverse student needs

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct BCBA services to students with behavioral needs per their IEPs (caseload of around 15, may vary)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective behavior intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings (schedules may vary) and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Travel to assigned campuses to deliver in-person support and consultation
• Utilize ESped platform for case documentation, with training provided as needed
