Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students from Prekindergarten through 8th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This part-time, onsite role spans the academic year, from August 17, 2026, to June 16, 2027, offering 10-15 hours each week. You’ll provide direct BCBA services on campus, traveling between sites to positively impact student growth and development.

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated leadership team that will support your onboarding, including training on the ESped IEP platform, ensuring you have the tools necessary for success. Your caseload includes approximately 15 students with BCBA noted in their IEPs, with case specifics and diagnoses shared upon your start to support tailored interventions that make a difference.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid BCBA license in Massachusetts
• Completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting
• Experience in educational settings or similar environments preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and caseload needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral services to students onsite across multiple campuses
• Participate in IEP meetings (schedule varies throughout the year)
• Collaborate with educators, student support staff, and families to build comprehensive support plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and utilize the ESped IEP platform (with provided training)
• Adjust and refine behavioral strategies in response to student progress and evolving needs
