About the role The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is a high‑visibility role tasked with ensuring key decision‑making leaders have the information and understanding they need to successfully run the business. The role is responsible for relationship management with cross‑functional business partners, talent development & management and for creating financial projections used to justify enterprise strategic investments. This role is responsible for developing and reporting metrics on how the company is performing both financially and operationally. This role is charged with building out all levels of assigned departmental revenue, expense and/or capital forecasting, integrating the process with accounting and coaching less experienced analysts as they take on additional responsibilities. Location: This position is located at our Dublin, OH campus. What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities) Develop and maintain front line relationships with department leaders to understand revenue, expense and/or capital drivers and foster a team environment for implementing best practices Develop, manage, and lead finance staff in achieving the tasks and goals of the finance department Lead annual budget for areas of responsibility, provide monthly budget to actual reports for assigned department leaders and provide analysis for adjusting forecasts Build and maintain cash flow forecast, actual to forecast variance analysis and leverage ratios, including free cash flow, interest expense, capex forecasting and management Support quarterly lender and sponsor reporting, including tracking and maintaining appropriate EBITDA adjustments Ability to lead projects to effectuate decisions and get things done in collaboration with other team members in a way that will achieve the intended goals All other duties as assigned. What you’ll bring (Qualifications) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or business‑related degree Experience : 5-7 years of experience Previous experience with Adaptive Insights a plus Outstanding critical thinking skills, an ability to pierce through to the essential underlying drivers, identify problems and develop models and analysis that form the basis for executive decision‑making Ability to arrive at practical, actionable solutions that are executable and with a commitment to a sound financial operating discipline and the company’s strategic goals Understanding of the Quantum Health’s business model and culture as well as the competitive environment for Quantum Health’s services, and have some understanding of the expectations and comparative performance of traditional approaches or competitors to be able to properly Context Quantum Health’s strategy Ability to lead projects to effectuate decisions and get things done in collaboration with other team members in a way that will achieve the intended goals A high degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness, a commitment to working within Quantum Health’s policies, values and ethics, and to protecting the sensitive data entrusted to us. --
