Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join the team at American Process Management (APM), an Argano company as a long-term member of our team. APM uses our proprietary process to bring real-time analytics and financial analysis to large scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost. The Lead Onboarding Specialist will facilitate contractor mobilization on projects across the southeast United States utilizing systems co-developed by APM. This will be a hybrid position and will not require travel. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate the selection of leased workers between hiring managers and staffing agencies. Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, workforce coordination, human resources, staffing, or a related field is required. Setup and coordinate interviews of supplemental workers with Client management team Ensure rate and classification compliance with contracts Conduct meetings to communicate of new corporate policies with contractors Approve electronic payment to contractors Create purchase requests and change orders Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong in Microsoft Excel Analytical Professional and customer focused 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location Vestavia Hills, AL 35216 (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
