• No. of Beds in OR: 13 
  
• Trauma Level: Level III
  
• EMR System: Epic
  
• Support Staff Available: 6 physicians, 2 CRNAs
  

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
  

• General anesthesia
  
• OB anesthesia (including TOLAC)
  
• Pediatric anesthesia (healthy, tonsils/adenoids)
  
• Conscious sedation
  

• Board: BC
  
• Licenses: Active IA license or IMLC
  
• Certifications: ACLS 
  
• Other Qualifications:
  
• Availability for 2 weeks per month
  
• Must be available for weeks of Nov 23 and Dec 21
  
• COVID vaccine required
  
• Clean background 
  

• Evaluate and monitor patient care before and during surgery
  
• Administer general, OB, pediatric, and conscious sedation anesthesia
  
• Supervise CRNAs as needed
  
• Participate in night and weekend call rotations
  
• Document patient encounters in Epic EMR
