As a Nurse Extern I (NE I), you will provide essential assistance and comfort to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience during their healthcare journey. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, completing technical, multi‑skilled direct and indirect patient care activities, and reporting all deviations from expected patient parameters. Responsibilities Assist with direct patient care tasks under RN supervision. Perform technical and multi‑skilled patient care activities as delegated. Report deviations from expected patient parameters to the registered nurse. Support the patient care services team across various units. Maintain accurate patient documentation as required. Qualifications Completion of the Fundamentals of Nursing course through an accredited nursing school. Successful completion of all required courses to remain in the program.
