Job Description

Client is seeking an Associate Procurement Coordinator to support the Site Services team by managing procurement, inventory, and maintenance administration. This role is responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory, coordinating purchases, creating purchase requisitions, updating equipment records, and supporting preventive maintenance activities through CMMS and SAP. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in procurement or facilities support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts inventory and replenish stock as needed.
• Create purchase orders and purchase requisitions using CMMS and SAP.
• Source and purchase equipment, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and spare parts databases.
• Review and process maintenance work requests and work orders.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and organize parts storage areas.
• Reconcile purchasing card transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Maintain safety inspection records and other department documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, inventory, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP and CMMS is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
