Associate Photographer - South Bend, IN CoStar Group is a leading global provider of real‑estate information and online marketplaces, dedicated to digitizing the real‑estate industry and empowering customers worldwide. Responsibilities Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floorplans of residential homes using Matterport Pro3 technology. Create high‑quality photographs for marketing purposes on Homes.com and Apartments.com. Serve a core territory, scheduling and completing appointments for clients of Homes.com and Apartments.com. Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, dispatch teams, researchers, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. While not scanning a home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identifying new inventory and missing properties. Adhere to CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicle and equipment. Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times. Physical Requirements Repetitive sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as necessary. Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional photography or real‑estate photography experience. Strong customer‑service mindset and commitment to prior employers. Experience with professional photography equipment or a recently earned degree in photography. High School Diploma or GED required. Drone photographer experience with a valid FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer. Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills. Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products. Independent work capability in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Compensation Base Compensation: $49,000 – $50,000 (Hourly). This rate is based on geographic location, skills, and competencies.
