Maintenance Associate

Job Description

The Maintenance Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the operation and safety of facility equipment and infrastructure.

Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position involves routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses to maintain optimal functionality across multiple sites.

With frequent travel between locations, the role offers opportunities to specialize in technical maintenance areas and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Maintain facility cleanliness and overall upkeep
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly
Document maintenance activities and report issues to management
Respond to emergency repair needs efficiently
Travel occasionally and frequently between multiple site locations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance roles

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment repair
Strong understanding of safety compliance standards
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Basic electrical knowledge
Effective communication skills
