Viva Senior Living At South Bend
We are seeking a dependable and caring Resident Care Associate to join our team in South Bend, IN. The ideal candidate will be flexible and dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and behavior to nursing staff. Provide compassionate and respectful care to promote residents’ dignity and independence. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive resident care. Qualifications Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification required. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Caring and compassionate attitude towards residents. Flexible availability to meet the needs of the facility and residents.
