Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized and effective legal solutions to our clients. ​ Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team, focusing on commercial and real estate law. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse docket of cases under supervision, encompassing all phases from pre-suit through trial.​ Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a docket of commercial and real estate litigation cases under supervision.​ Handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, filing lawsuits, discovery, motion practice, pre-trial preparations, and, eventually, independent trial proceedings. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas. Strong self-motivation and commitment to excellence in legal work.​ Excellent analytical, research and issue spotting skills. Experience in discovery, deposition and dispositive motions. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.​ At least 2 years of experience in commercial and real estate litigation, required. Compensation: Compensation is based on billable hours provided or the first three months, followed by an evaluation to assess performance.​ No benefits offered during the initial evaluation period. An associate can earn up to $160,000 with base and bonus if the billable hour requirement is met. Application Process: Interested candidates should submit a cover letter. Ideal candidates will then be brought to a second in-person interview with our principal attorney who will make the final decision.
