Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift Registered Nurse!

Job Description:


- Join a dynamic and dedicated team providing exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients, utilizing established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Use critical thinking and professional judgment to evaluate patient health and develop individualized care plans.
- Responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing relevant patient health data.
- Implementing care plans and promoting a safe, healing environment.
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers to enhance the quality of care.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Participating in discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Delegating tasks appropriately and coordinating team duties.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of two years of recent acute care experience preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Certifications required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-ALS.
- AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC-PALS.
