Front-of-House Restaurant Manager
Joplin, MO
$55,000–$60,000 Salary

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Front-of-House Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and exceptional guest satisfaction
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a professional, service-focused team
Partner with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure timely, seamless execution
Drive revenue while managing costs and operational efficiency
Address guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and urgency
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
Lead team meetings and ongoing training to promote engagement and performance
Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors to maintain appropriate stock levels
Stay current with industry trends to keep the restaurant competitive and innovative

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
