LITIGATION ATTORNEY – PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE | TRIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The Law Offices of Sharona Eslamboly Hakim is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience and actual trial experience. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. We are looking for a strong litigator who can independently manage cases, take and defend depositions, handle discovery and motions, develop case strategy, and prepare and try cases in court. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience Actual trial experience is REQUIRED Active California State Bar license in good standing Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload Strong deposition and discovery experience Strong motion practice and legal writing skills Experience handling mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills Ability to take ownership of cases from filing through trial or resolution RESPONSIBILITIES Independently manage plaintiff personal injury cases from filing through trial or settlement Take and defend depositions Handle written discovery and discovery disputes Draft and argue substantive motions Develop litigation strategy and evaluate liability and damages Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and trial materials Attend and handle hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences Take cases to trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings Work closely with the firm's trial team
