Production Control CoordinatorNPI is a manufacturer of automated sortation equipment with over 40 years of industry experience. We offer a collaborative work environment, competitive benefits, and work located in a climate-controlled warehouse.The Production Control Coordinator is part of the Production Control team and supports the planning and scheduling of work orders in accordance with the production schedule. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate production and inventory data, supporting daily operations, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow execution.Generate and maintain manufacturing work orders in accordance with the production scheduleProvide inventory status and availability information to support sales and production requirementsProcess Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and update affected work orders accordinglyAssist with daily production meetings and provide status updates as neededPerform general clerical and data entry tasks related to Production Control activitiesCoordinate and communicate with other departments including Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and ManufacturingMaintain accurate and timely records within the ERP systemPerform additional duties as assigned by the Production Control ManagerExperience working in a manufacturing environment (planning, production control, or expediting)ERP system experience (SYSPRO preferred)Strong computer skills and comfort working in multiple systemsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProactive and professional communicator, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to input data quickly and accuratelyFlexibility to work overtime as production demands requireBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFive or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in planning, production control or expeditingFluent in Microsoft Suite including Word and ExcelClimate-controlled warehouse and office environmentCombination of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periodsAbility to occasionally lift up to 20 poundsNational Presort, LP ("NPI") was built on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
