About The Role: Scale Sales Team is actively seeking experienced remote sales closers and setters to join our fast-growing team. You'll be working with pre-qualified, appointment-set leads-no cold calling or prospecting required. Your mission? Close deals with confidence, deliver value, and help our clients transform their business.
Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Run sales calls via Zoom or phone with pre-booked, warm leads
- Build trust and rapport quickly to uncover pain points and goals
- Present customized solutions and guide leads toward the best decision
- Overcome objections with clarity and confidence
- Update CRM notes after each call to keep our pipeline flowing
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
