• End Date: 11/16/2026
• Shifts: Night shift (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:00); Day shift (7:00-19:00, may extend to 07:00-19:00 in fall)
• Hours/week: Full-time, based on schedule
• Employment Type: Contract (with potential for temporary privileges)
• License/Certs: Missouri license required; BLS (required), ACLS (preferred)
• Experience: 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing bone marrow transplants and hematology treatments
• Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions
• Conduct patient assessments, daily rounds, and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families about treatment processes and post-discharge care
• Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications, including GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed documentation in Epic EMR

What You Need:

• Current Missouri license
• Board certification in nurse practitioner specialty
• 1.5-2 years of relevant inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical skills in hematology and cellular therapy
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to schedule changes
