Medical/Oncology - Clinical Nurse (Part-Time)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical and psychosocial needs and communicates care plans across the continuum. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
