Facilities Master Scheduler

Great client is seeking a Facilities Integrated Master Scheduler to join their team. This role will develop and manage master timelines for major building construction, utility upgrades, and heavy manufacturing equipment installations. To qualify, candidates must have proven experience scheduling construction or industrial equipment and be highly proficient in MS Project-specifically merging multiple complex, simultaneous projects into one master view.

responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated schedules for major facilities construction, building modifications, utility upgrades, and production equipment installations.

• Consolidate multiple complex projects into a single, cohesive master schedule using MS Project.

• Constantly evaluate the master timeline to find logic gaps, spot resource bottlenecks, and prevent delays or active factory downtime.

• Act as the liaison sequencing timelines between internal teams (Facilities, Engineering, Safety) and external players (General Contractors and equipment vendors).

• Translate complex schedule data and Gantt charts into clear, weekly progress and risk reports for leadership.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-6 years in project scheduling specifically in construction and/or industrial equipment.

• Proficiency in MS Project, or comparable tools.

• Proven experience managing 7-8 simultaneous complex projects.

• strong communication and reporting skills; able to translate complex schedule data into
  clear, actionable insights.

• Ability to interpret construction plans, facility layouts, and OEM installation requirements is preferred
