Help build the teams that are transforming healthcare technology. Sectra is looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Shelton, CT. In this role, you'll partner directly with leaders across Engineering, Customer Operations, Sales, and Corporate Functions to attract and hire exceptional talent. This is an opportunity to own full-cycle recruiting, influence hiring decisions, build talent pipelines, and play a key role in the growth of a global healthcare technology company. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and business-focused positions Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the hiring process Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Support university recruiting, employer branding, and recruiting initiatives Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders Contribute to process improvements across recruiting and onboarding What We're Looking For 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, healthcare IT, software, or customer-facing roles Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems Exposure to workforce planning, recruiting analytics, or university recruiting programs Why Sectra?
