Responsibilities Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates. Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager Foster long term relationships with candidates. Review and understand job requirements Format resumes meeting client expectations. Create detailed job descriptions Follow up with candidates. Develop recruitment strategies and plans Work closely with recruitment manager Qualifications Ability to build strong relationships, ability to work independently and productively, Ability to use MS office tools.
