Responsibilities Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Accredited Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active Licensure: Current PTA license in the state of practice. Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations. Preferred Qualifications Strong Organizational and Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
