Foreman

The Foreman provides hands‑on leadership in the field, managing crews and coordinating daily construction activities to meet project goals. This position requires strong communication, organization, and technical expertise to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications and project standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors. Interpret blueprints and plans for daily work activities. Monitor quality and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Track labor, equipment, and materials used daily. Report progress and issues to the Construction Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of supervisory experience in construction. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Strong communication and leadership skills.
