Marketing Data Specialist/CRM

My client, a law firm of 140 attorneys with offices in Florida, NY, NJ, and DC, seeks an experienced Marketing Data Specialist/CRM to maintain the firm's client relationship management database. Qualified candidate should have extensive experience with CRM software and email software (strong preference for Interaction/Tikit experience), implementing integrated marketing campaigns including e-mail, direct mail and social media. Candidate must also be experienced in data mining, demographic segmentation and data manipulation. Marketing experience within a law firm setting a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) database
• Day to day quality control of database entries done by users
• Identify data sources and migrating data into database
• Responsible for e-mail marketing campaigns and direct marketing campaigns including Client identification and list management
• Responsible for training and day to day support users, including development of SOPs
• Identify and implement critical data tasks
• Develop and measurement of marketing metrics: baseline measurement, Client selection, Client ROI
• Issue Management: identifying and resolving database issues on large segments of data
• Design/Approval of System Specifications and Processes in conjunction with IT department

Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

• Min Associates degree, Bachelors preferred, + 2 year's experience
• Proficient with CRM software, email software, Excel and Outlook, and social media networks.
• Knowledge of Interaction/Tikit software strongly preferred
• HTML and Dreamweaver skills helpful
