Location: Lawrenceville, GA (100% on-site, 5 days/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Direct Hire
Pay Range:  $29–$36/hr (based on experience)

Overview

A prestigious physician clinic in  Lawrenceville is hiring an experienced  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)with  strong IV skills to support scheduled IV appointments. When IVs are not scheduled, you’ll assist the clinical team with back office duties to keep patient flow running smoothly. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role in a busy outpatient practice.

What You’ll Do

IV / Nursing Support

• Start and monitor IVs; document appropriately
• Prep patients for IV services and ensure comfort/safety
• Maintain IV supplies and keep rooms ready for scheduled appointments

Back Office Support (when IVs aren’t scheduled)

• Room patients, take vitals, and document histories/chief complaints
• Assist providers with in-office procedures (as directed)
• Support injections/vaccinations and other clinic tasks within scope
• Help with patient follow-ups/callbacks and light clinical admin as needed

Requirements

• Active  LPN license
• Strong IV experience (required)
• Outpatient/physician practice readiness and professionalism
• Able to work  on-site in Lawrenceville full-time

Important note: This clinic is seeking candidates with outpatient/clinic readiness— not candidates coming solely from  LTAC or senior living backgrounds. Great fits may come from a  physician group or an  IV/hydration environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• EMR experience with  Athena or  eClinicalWorks (eCW)
