About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will manage the client journey from initial outreach through enrollment and ongoing relationship management.

You will connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual meetings, learn about their goals, present solutions that fit their needs, and provide exceptional service throughout the process.

This is a full-cycle sales role for individuals who enjoy building trust, communicating effectively, and helping clients make informed decisions.

What You'll Do

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

• Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings
• Build trust through professional and meaningful conversations
• Develop long-term relationships with clients
• Create a positive and engaging client experience

Needs Assessment & Client Education

• Learn about client goals and objectives
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs
• Educate clients on available products and services
• Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions

Full-Cycle Sales Management

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through enrollment
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients
• Follow up on opportunities and client inquiries
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the sales process

Pipeline & Activity Management

• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and opportunities
• Track client interactions and activities using CRM tools
• Manage follow-up schedules and appointments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records

Professional Growth

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Continuously improve communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Stay informed on product knowledge and industry updates
