Salary Range: $170,000.00 To $190,000.00 Annually Salary Range: $750 To $850 Daily About the Role The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and overall well‑being. This position involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. The Associate Dentist will work closely with a team of dental professionals to create a welcoming and efficient environment for patients. By building strong relationships with patients, the Associate Dentist will contribute to the growth and reputation of our practice. Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a clinical dental setting, particularly in a general practice. Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs. Educate patients on preventive care and proper oral hygiene techniques. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth workflow and patient care.
