Must be willing to commute to Plymouth, MI Must haves: 2+ years of customer service, call center, account coordination, dispatch, or related experience Strong phone presence and communication skills Comfortable spending the majority of the day on inbound and outbound calls Strong multitasking and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Med, vision, and dental, pto and holiday pay, also some additional personal time. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Plymouth, MI.
