The Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across digital, social media, creative, campaigns, and external agency coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand communication, be comfortable managing multiple projects, and be able to work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. The Job Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and performance tracking. Develop marketing initiatives aligned with business and brand objectives. Manage social media, including content planning, calendars, campaigns, and communication. Drive creative development with internal teams and external partners. Manage agencies and freelancers, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Support brand-building initiatives and maintain consistency across communication. Identify trends and opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement. Manage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Track campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements. Contribute to new marketing ideas, activations, partnerships, and collaborations. The Ideal Candidate You’ll Likely Thrive In This Role If You 4-7 years of experience in marketing, brand, digital marketing, social media, or a related role. Strong understanding of social media, content, creative communication, and marketing campaigns. Experience working with creative and/or digital agencies is preferred. Strong project management and coordination skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with a strong eye for content and communication. Comfortable working with data and campaign performance metrics.
