Salary: $23.02

Local transportation agency is seeking strong, quality Bilingual Customer Service candidates to add to their call center team. This is a fantastic career opportunity to work with a great organization.

We are looking for a quick leaner with a great personality to work with our client's customers. Individuals will be responsible for accepting incoming calls from community riders needing assistance with transportation to medical appointments, data entry of call details, and scheduling transport pick ups. Come join this exceptional organization that provides a great service to our community. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm. The starting wage is $23.02!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer all inbound customer calls
Schedule riders who need transportation assistance
Accurately input data for each call

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bilingual English/Spanish a must
Must type 40 wpm or higher
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Handle large volume of inbound calls
High attention to detail
Previous customer service experience

Excellent benefit package offered after probationary period.
