Temporary Legal Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Temporary Legal Administrative Assistant for a 2–3 month assignment with a busy legal team in Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with prior legal support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Prepare, format, and manage legal documents and correspondence
Maintain calendars, scheduling, and case files
Handle filing, data entry, and general office support duties
Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members

Qualifications:

Prior legal administrative or legal assistant experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting

Assignment Details:

Temporary assignment expected to last 2–3 months
Jacksonville, FL
Full-time hours
