Plant Manager

We're excited to partner with a returning client on a Plant Manager that will lead their growing CNC machining operation in the Twin Cities. This is a newly created leadership position driven by continued business growth, increased production capacity, and recent investments in equipment and personnel. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this individual will oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a team of approximately 20 employees, and play a key role in driving operational performance, employee development, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of manufacturing experience with a strong machining background 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Experience leading CNC machining operations and production teams Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation Strong understanding of machining processes, production flow, and quality systems Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Proven ability to develop employees and build high-performing teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
