Dining & Service Manager

Job Summary North Oaks Golf Club is looking for a passionate and dynamic leader to join our Food & Beverage team. This role involves managing a front‑of‑house operation, developing team members, and delivering outstanding experiences to our members. Location: North Oaks Golf Club, North Oaks, MN 55127. Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Responsibilities Serve as manager‑on‑duty for member dining and banquet events. Ensure a high level of service to all guests in both banquets and member dining. Act as a role model, demonstrating appropriate behaviors while fostering a continuous teaching environment focused on timeliness, productivity, and proper service. Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager, other Dining & Service Managers, and lead waitstaff to develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate the service training program. Attend executive manager meetings. Ensure members consistently receive an exceptional dining experience. Support the service team with set‑up, execution, and breakdown of daily member experiences. Monitor floor service quality and assist as needed. Prepare shift closing reports. Maintain visibility and accessibility to membership and guests during peak times and events. Plan, implement, and maintain processes that enhance services, procedures, team dynamics, and overall member satisfaction. Oversee the beverage program management in partnership with Dining & Service Managers and lead bartenders. Qualifications Minimum five years of related hospitality experience, with at least two in a managerial role. Extensive private club experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, communicate, and execute at a high level. Critical eye for detail and an engaging, friendly, and energetic personal style. Strong ability to create a supportive environment focused on staff productivity and high‑quality service. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
