Punch LIst and Warranty Foreman - Hardscape/Construciton

MetroGreenscape, Inc. is recruiting an experienced, hands‑on Punch List & Warranty Foreman to support our warranty work in our Charlotte, NC office. The Punch List & Warranty Foreman meets with the Project Manager onsite to review punch items. Issues are sometimes identified via photos, and the Foreman is responsible for taking the initiative to fix/repair those issues. This role focuses on plant replacements, patio repairs, drainage repairs, and some irrigation system repairs to ensure every project meets our quality standards. What You’ll Do: Replace warranty plants, trees, and shrubs Repair patios, pavers, retaining walls, stone walkways, fire features, and other hardscape features Troubleshoot and repair drainage issues Diagnose and repair irrigation systems Address punch list items on completed projects Communicate professionally with homeowners onsite Fix/repair post-installation issues reported by Clients under their warranty period, such as settling stones or failed mortar joints and dead plants What We’re Looking For: 2 – 3 years of experience with planting, plant installation, and repair work Experience with pavers, patios, and hardscaping repairs Knowledge of drainage solutions and irrigation systemsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks Ability to take photos on a cell phone and use a mobile application with training Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license Ability to work some overtime What We Offer: $25 - $26 hourly pay rate based on experience Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Account Colonial Life Insurance Voluntary Plan 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match Company Apparel annual allowance of $275.00 Paid Time Off Eight (8) Company-paid holidays Paid Bereavement Leave Employee Perks Company vehicle during working hours with a Company credit card for fuel Monthly phone stipend of $75 to cover the use of a personal phone for business purposes or a Company cell phone Please visit us @ Metrogreenscape.com/careers #J-18808-Ljbffr MetroGreenscape, Inc
