Payroll, Benefits & Leave Administration Manager

Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) is seeking a Payroll, Compensation, Benefits & Leave Manager to oversee HR administrative operations supporting employee pay, benefits, and leave across the organization. The role reports to the Assistant Director and ensures compliance, data integrity, and equitable pay practices in a complex public-sector transit environment.
