Hybrid IT Support Specialist - Entry Level (Bilingual)

Location: Miami-Dade County, FL (Hybrid: onsite at client locations in Little Havana, Doral, Westchester, and Key Biscayne as needed; otherwise remote) About the role Lerner Solutions is hiring an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join our managed services team. This role splits time between supporting Lerner's internal IT needs and serving as a dedicated onsite resource for one of our Miami-area clients, this role is otherwise remote. You'll be the first line of defense for technical issues, handling tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and helping keep both Lerner and our client running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on, varied experience across both internal support and client-facing work. What you'll do Respond to and resolve help desk tickets covering hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues. Provide onsite support at client locations across the Miami area as scheduled or as issues arise. Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and basic network equipment for new hires and existing staff. Troubleshoot common issues with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, printers, VPN, and general connectivity. Escalate more complex issues to senior technicians or engineers with clear documentation. Maintain accurate ticket notes and basic IT documentation. Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access provisioning. What you bring 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience. Working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts. Comfortable troubleshooting independently and knowing when to escalate. Strong communication skills, you'll be talking directly with end users who aren't always technical. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client sites across Miami-Dade County. A CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required. Bilingual in English and Spanish, required.
