Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
The Billing Coordinator will handle full-cycle billing for a group of attorneys, including preparing, revising, and submitting invoices while ensuring compliance with client and firm guidelines. The role also involves resolving billing issues, supporting collections, and providing excellent service to attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

Manage the full billing cycle, including preparing, revising, and submitting invoices
Ensure compliance with attorney, client, and firm billing guidelines
Resolve billing issues and respond promptly to inquiries
Prepare reports and analyze billing data as needed
Qualifications

Brings 3+ years of billing experience in a mid-to-large law firm
Proficient with billing software such as Aderant, Elite, or similar systems
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Communicates clearly and professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients
