Associate Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business, real estate, and/or corporate transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in business, real estate, and/or corporate transactions
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Negotiate settlements and mediations on behalf of clients
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals in case preparation
• Maintain accurate records and case files
